Add Footer Info
Want to show your phone number, website, or tax ID on every invoice or quote? Just add it once, and it’ll appear on all your documents automatically.
Add Your Contact Info
To open the footer settings, go to any invoice, quote, or receipt and click on the Footer Info section on the right.

You can enter:
- Your phone number
- Your business email
- Your website (if you have one)
- Extra info like your tax ID, opening hours, or license number
When you're done, click the green OK button to save.

Where It Appears
Your footer info will now appear at the bottom of every Docelf document you send or print—including invoices, quotes, estimates, receipts, and purchase orders.

You can come back anytime to update your contact details or remove something. The changes will automatically apply to all your future documents.
