Stop or delete
Cancel your plan or close your account
You can either cancel your paid plan—or close your account completely. Here’s how they’re different:
- Cancel – stops future payments. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
- Close account – deletes your account and all your data immediately. You can’t log in afterward.
Cancel Your Paid Plan
From your Docelf home screen, click your email in the top right and choose My Account.

Under Current Plan, click the Edit button.

You’ll see a Cancel Paid Plan button. Click it to stop the subscription.

You can still use Docelf until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your account is downgraded to free, and you can upgrade again anytime.
Close Your Account
To delete your account, click your email in the top right and choose Close Account.

You’ll land on a page asking if you’re sure.

Click Close Account to go ahead.

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted. You won’t be able to log in again or retrieve anything.
