How to Use a Quote Template in Word
Save a new DOCX copy before editing so your blank template is ready for the next quote. The picture shows the main fields on a Docelf quote; your Word layout may arrange them differently. Complete the details below, then check the page breaks before you save the customer PDF.

Insert rows inside the line-item table instead of pressing Enter. Copy the formatting from a complete row when needed, and remove unused sample rows.

Keep totals and terms with the line items they belong to. Check the PDF so nothing important moves onto an empty page.
Check the Math Before You Send
Check every line amount and total after changing a quantity, price, discount, or tax. Added rows may need to be included in the calculation too.
