Keep Package Contents and Extra Orders Separate

For wedding or event coverage, the event name and agreed hours describe the package. For portraits, the session package does the same job. Extra coverage or editing gets another row only when it's priced outside that package.

Print sizes and quantities help the client check an order at a glance. A later print purchase can have its own receipt, with the order reference kept alongside the original shoot in your records.

Share the Receipt and Photos Separately

Your usual gallery or file-delivery service is still the place for the photographs. A small PDF order summary may help explain prints, but the receipt doesn't need the whole shoot attached.
