Make Expected Treatment Costs Easier to Understand
The total is easier to discuss when its scope is clear. These details help the reader see what is included and what still needs to be confirmed.

Name the procedures, services or products included and the visit or period they cover. Add a care-plan reference when useful. Keep optional or alternative care separate so it is clear which plan the total describes.
