How to Create and Send an Online Quote
Build the offer in your browser and review it before sending. Creating or saving a quote does not email it; you choose when it goes to the customer.

- Your Logo: Add the logo you use on your business documents.
- The Customer: Choose a saved customer or enter their contact details.
- Number and Dates: Check the quote number and date. Set a valid-until date for the offer.
- Items and Prices: List each product or service with its quantity and unit price.

How to Make the Online Offer Easy to Review

What to Include in Online Quote Terms
Use Terms and Conditions to put timing, access requirements, payment terms, and exclusions beside the price. The customer should be able to understand the offer without searching through earlier messages.
The sample below belongs to the window-cleaning offer. Keep only the terms your business actually uses.

- This offer covers one visit to clean the inside, outside, and tracks of 12 ground-floor windows.
- The customer will provide access to each window. Screen repairs and paint removal are not included.
- Offer valid for 14 days from the quote date. The visit date will be agreed after acceptance.
- Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Send the Quote When the Offer Is Ready
Preview the full quote and check the customer’s email address. If a plan, photo, or specification helps explain the work, attach it before sending. Supported attachments are PDF, JPG, GIF, PNG, and WebP files up to 5 MB each.

Check Delivery, Viewing, and the Customer’s Response
Open the quote’s document history to see when its email was delivered and when the customer opened it. An opening shows that the quote was viewed; it is not an acceptance.
When the customer accepts or declines online, the quote status updates automatically and you receive an email notification. If they respond by phone or another channel, you can mark the quote as accepted or declined manually.
