How to Fill In House Cleaning Estimate Line Items
Use a description that tells the homeowner what each price covers. A package can use a quantity of 1, while hourly work uses the expected labor-hours. Two cleaners working for two hours means four labor-hours, not two.
This fictional one-time clean covers a three-bedroom, two-bath home. The standard package includes dusting, floors, kitchen surfaces and bathroom fixtures. The homeowner has also requested oven and refrigerator interiors; both are included in the estimated total. Prices are in US dollars, with an illustrative 8% tax on all items.

What to Include in House Cleaning Estimate Terms
