Show Meal Deals and Extras Clearly

When the Customer Pays Before Pickup

An advance payment can have a receipt before the food is ready. Name the order and planned pickup date, and describe the money as an advance rather than a completed collection.

For example, $50.00 paid toward the $170.64 order leaves $120.64. The later $120.64 gets its own receipt when it arrives. Both amounts are payments, not discounts.

Keep the Receipt Handy With the Order

The order reference and receipt number give you a quick way back to the payment. Another copy is simply the same receipt sent again, not a new sale.
